Starting Sep 1st, 2015, bG workout will be available in two different formats
bG Cardio – This is our NEW moderate impact workout. To see which classes will be offered with this new format starting September, please check class schedule.
bG CardioX – This is our higher impact format which was the only format available until now.
While both classes will provide an Incredibly Fun and Effective workout, our new Cardio format will be easier on the impact and thus suitable for all fitness levels.
